Graduands’ Guide

  • Graduation Application: All graduands are kindly reminded to complete their graduation applications before the deadline. Completing your application on time ensures you are fully registered and eligible to participate in the ceremony.

Rehearsal: A mandatory rehearsal will take place prior to the main ceremony. Graduands are strongly encouraged to attend, as it provides an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the procession order, stage movements, and overall ceremony procedures. Attending the rehearsal helps ensure a smooth and confident performance on the big day.

Graduation Day: Graduands should arrive at least one hour before the ceremony begins. Ushers will guide you to your designated seats and provide instructions for the procession and receiving your certificates. Early arrival allows for a stress-free start and ensures everyone is ready when the ceremony begins.
